Air conditioning service and safety
ATTENTION
Important safety notice
Annual service, calibration, electrical safety of your air conditioning (air con) service station!
The safety and integrity of your equipment and your staff depends upon regular and effective maintenance to comply not just with manufacturers recommendations but also with health and safety legislation, ISO standards and insurance requirements.
Your air conditioning machine is designed to deal with high pressures and has many safety features, but these have to be coupled with regular maintenance to avoid the possibility of injury or breakdown. Items such as worn or damaged hoses, quick couplers, cylinder taps, manifold assemblies or recovery cylinders, could lead to accidents and in this "where there's a blame, there's a claim" culture would you really want to be having to explain the connection between an un-serviced and un-calibrated machine and an employee in hospital.
As you are aware manufacturing recommends your air conditioning (air con) machine should be serviced and calibrated irrespective of use every year and now is the time to attend to maintenance before summer's busy season. The cost of a full service, calibration and electrical safety check including collection and return via our own transport is £250+VAT and will be returned under normal circumstances in 3 working days.
We advice that you read this notice carefully as we have seen a three fold increase in personnel injury and machine failure in recent years. We must also inform you that we are obliged to keep records of those machines which have and have not been serviced and you will be requested to sign a disclaimer if you decline a service when due. |
